What did i deal to during 2 months uni-holidays at my lovely hometown??? Obviously, u can see that i was taking photos with the different kind of FISH...Poor little musicboy was helping her mummy and brother to run the family business, which one is located at the central market and another one is located at Delta Mall, the market place...
Well, i back to my hometown for around 68 days yet i had spent my 60 days to help them to sell the fish. What is the reason behind, it was because my maid had gone back to Indonesia since last May...N spontaneously i had substitute my maid to help them!!! And now, let me introduce some pictures here to share my "selling fish" life in sibu...By the way, i had learn a lot in business as well as communication skills throughout these 2 months times!!!
This is Ikan Gernahak...RM20++ per kilogram...Well, Chinese found that it's a crackerjack, hence it is quite expensive a bit
This is Ikan Yamamoruku...RM10++ per kilogram...Anyway, I would like to call it "Baby" because it is boneless and suitable for the old teeth less man and infant as well...
This is Ikan Sultan...RM13++ per kilogram...It's very tasty if we steam it with a bit of garlic and ginger and pour some red wine onto it...IT's FANTASTIC!!!
How to make sure that the fish is fresh enough??? This is the way...Open the gill and look into it whether it's red or nt...If so, it means that it is fresh...Anyway, this is the basic way to indicate that whether the fish is fresh or nt...hehe
This is the tools to clean the fish...N i get hurt often because using them!!! Can u imagine how is the pain when the sharp knife incises into your flesh??? Wow, it would be "rock and roll"...Blood is just like spewing from the hydrant
This is the machine to weight the fish...I did take time to learn it since there got lots of codes to memorise
